Suspension of Activities of the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property

By Agreement published in the Federal Official Journal, the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property will be closed from December 22, 2015 to January 6, 2016. Any terms or deadlines for responding to Office Actions or filing any other promotions (e.g., new applications, etc.), which fall within the said period of time, will be automatically extended to expire by January 7, 2016.
